From working with Crocker Data Processing, through Landmark Graphics, to forming ISA in 1996, Mike has been involved in data management projects throughout his career, working with clients and vendors throughout the world. He has an in-depth understanding of the data management problems within the petroleum industry, and has been involved in developing successful strategies and solutions for companies including Shell, Santos, ConocoPhillips, Amerada Hess, Woodside, Saudi Aramco, Origin Energy, and Roc Oil. He successfully marketed ISA’s GeoBrowse integration application to companies around the world, and negotiated the sale of product IP to Tigress in 2005. He managed a number of Joint-Ventures, including working with Industrial Software Solutions (ISS) to expand the technical data management offerings to cross from exploration into engineering.
In August 2006, joined OpenSpirit Corporation to assist in growing their data integration business across the Asia-Pacific region. In October 2007, he has returned to the Data Management Consulting world as Principal Consultant with Paras.
Away from work Mike enjoys golf, tennis, writing and attempting to play guitar, together with good food and wine in the company of friends.
