We have a number of senior consulting personnel, with wide ranging experience in the Oil and Gas industry.  All have proven track records in project and programme management, and strong skills in managing, motivating and leading effective teams.

Our senior staff have good undergraduate degrees, mainly in Earth Science or Engineering,  and the majority also have MBA qualifications.  A wide range of experience in consulting and proven knowledge of upstream business processes ensure they are a vital part of the highly esteemed Paras team.

We require our senior staff to be able to integrate business process and technology solutions, and all have finely honed analytical capabilities.  Many of our staff have come through from junior consultant roles within Paras, as we offer fast track career progression, as well as accreditation and training programmes to enable them to reach their full potential.

Our team is vibrant and entrepreneurial, well suited to the high growth environment within the oil and gas industry.  Their interpersonal skills enable them to interact with our clients at all levels.
