Paras have extensive experience in managing both programmes and projects with our clients. We are able to mould the extent of our input to match your requirements – working alongside your own project management staff, managing an entire project within your broader programme, or even managing an entire programme to incorporate a variety of projects that you may be undertaking.

Most Paras consultants are PRINCE2 trained, and understand the broader needs specific to the E&P industry.  Paras takes the stance that only projects that will bring business value should be undertaken, and encourage their clients to ensure they have a “funnel” of project ideas.

All projects are quality assessed under a programme management methodology, ensuring that good processes are followed at all times, and that ultimately, business benefit is delivered to the company.  Good programme management ensures that projects are aligned with the business needs, and that continuous improvement is always possible.
