Develop

The Data Management Framework (DMF) is a way in which many different aspects of data management can be defined under one umbrella. It provides a way of working that is sustainable and self promoting, and includes guidelines for (among others) standards, policies and procedures, architecture and quality.

We appreciate that the value of the data will change with time and a fluid approach ensures the best use of resources and time.  We will help to develop and implement processes to ensure that the data arrives correctly, is handled correctly and is stored with security appropriate to its value, processes which will be sustainable and scalable to allow for future alterations.

All of our offerings include a change management element – we recognise that any processes and technology implementations will not be sustainable without buy-in at all levels of the organisation, and without effective and supportive training wherever required.

in any E&P company there are any number of applications that can be used “smarter”, and should the technology not already be in place, we can assist in procuring the best and most suitable applications for your company’s needs from an independent perspective.

Deliver

Effective data management provides a host of benefits that can be seen throughout the business. Efficiencies can be realised both in terms of time and costs, and additionally productivity will increase, but perhaps the main reason for good data management is to provide confidence in the data that is used for decision-making.  Data should be treated as a company asset, and investment in terms of time and money will reap rewards.
