Paras Limited (Paras) and RPS Energy Ltd (RPS) are pleased to announce that, with effect from 10th October 2008,  Paras has joined RPS as part of its Energy Division. 

The skills within Paras will be integrated with the advisory practice in RPS and the combined group will operate on a worldwide basis from regional offices in Canada, USA, Europe, SE Asia and Australia. Both Paras and RPS have a reputation for providing flexible independent consultancy with an emphasis on developing long term relationships with clients.  This ethos will continue within the combined organisation.

The Paras management team and staff will remain with the businesses and play a key role in developing the future capabilities of the combined business.
